Outstanding service! Definitely recommend this dealer to anyone!! Go and see Leigh and she will help you out. She is very knowledgeable in sales and it only took her an hour and a half and I was out the door, approved, with a vehicle!!!

Customer service at Electra Auto Sales was fantastic! Leigh was excellent to deal with and because of her i was able to get the excact vehicle that i wanted, Leigh went above and beyond with her services and guided me through the finance process every step of the way. Electra wa able finance me with an affordable monthly payment which helped me build my credit since they were able to finance me with absolutely none {being that i am 19 years old}. Not only was the service great but the vehicle was everything i expected and dreamed of. I highly recommend Electra for anyone who wants a quality vehicle and superior service!

I purchased a beautiful 2008 Saturn Aura several weeks' ago from Electra Auto with the assistance and guidance of David Ziroli of Electra. I had been looking for a reliable and safe auto for my daughter, which can be a difficult experience had I not been fortunate enough to meet David at Electra and he walked me through the process with complete assistance and confidence. Knowing more of what I was looking for, David told me to patiently wait a very short time, and provided me with the choice of even more than what I had anticipated. My daughter and I are so satisfied with our purchase. The Saturn is a beautiful and great running car, and I can honestly say we would not have had that end result with the help of David. My thanks to him and to Electra Auto. A very happy customer!

Extremely positive buying experience.I have purchased many cars over the years and i cannot remember ever having a more pleasurable buying experience. Immaculate lot/building-beautiful, clean, comfortable office with sitting area-nice inventory (the cars they have out are as immaculate as the rest of the facility-they bring in nice clean vehicles...every car on this lot is nice..ownership and staff that makes you feel welcome without any type of pressure whatsover. I cannot say enough about my positive experience with this dealer. I inquired via email about a vehicle they had listed online. Within 20 minutes i had a return phone call from David letting me know he recieved the inquiry and to let him know how he could help. I eventually made appt to see and drive the vehicle in person..couldn't have been a better experience. Ultimately, a few days later i purchased the vehicle. I cannot say enough about David's level of professionalism from start to finish regarding my interactions with him.He made my car buying experience a true pleasure..professional,knowledgeable,and respectful to the customer. They can't do enough for you at this place..a true pleasure doing business. I would have zero reservations about buying from this dealer again in the future.

Saw a car they had on sale through cars,com and set up an appointment. It's a small lot, but the service was good They treated me great, were honest about the state of the used car, and got me a great rate on my loan! Incredibly friendly and efficient. My husband and I are blown away at how easy peasy it was to purchase my Volkswagen Rutan Minivan! I think we MAY have spent a total of half an hour in the office compared to 3 or 4 hours that we spent elsewhere purchasing our last vehicle. From now on, when in the market for a vehicle, we will be visiting Dave at Electra FIRST! Again, I can't express how EASY and SMOOTH the process was and my van is exactly as advertised!!! David was awesome. Laid back,casual and honest. He did not hesitate to let me test drive the vehicle I wanted. Didn't even ask about what I had to put down or anything just plain here go! Blown away! Explained the whole process with time frames. He was able to get me the car I wanted. He was flexible with communicating through email which is very appreciated. I bought my Elantra a couple months ago from Electra Auto and everytime I drive by them I want to go back in and re-thank Leigh and David!!! I LOVE my car! Buying a car can be an overwhelming, stressful experience- especially for a female walking into dealerships alone! I knew I wanted this car as soon as I saw it online. I called and spoke to Leigh, who was not only professional and accomodating, but made me feel completely at ease. Both Leigh and David were super friendly, and helped me with EVERYTHING from start to finish. It was the easiest process and got both the car and the buying experience that I was looking for. I just purchased a Ford Focus from Electra Auto Sales. My sales person was Leigh. She was very friendly and informative from the second we met. She was very straightforward, which is a quality that car dealerships dont normally have, but also laid back and very easy to deal with. I had a few obstacles when i came in and she made it possible to get me in a great car and be able to afford it as well. Buying a new car is stressful and usually a headache of a process but Leigh was there to help me get through it. I drove off the lot today with my 2010 Ford Focus and its a great car and i couldnt be happier. I would absolutely without hesitation recommend Leigh to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, shes a great saleswoman. Ron B
